Itinerary
Anchorage - 8/17/26
Arrive in Anchorage and get settled into the Hotel Captain Cook for an overnight stay. You might enjoy getting out to see the shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions of this metropolitan city.

Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge - 8/18 - 8/19/26
Enjoy a scenic motorcoach drive from Anchorage to the Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge, featuring incredible views of Denali. Sit and gaze at the majesty of "The Great One" from the lodge's treehouse designed and built by Pete Nelson of Animal Planet's Treehouse Masters. Dinner is at the North Fork Restaurant. On the 19th, spend a whole day exploring and relaxing in and around the lodge. Hear stories about climbing Denali, roast marshmallows, and choose from a variety of other outdoor activities.

Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge - 8/20 - 8/21/26
Enjoy a scenic motorcoach journey to Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge, steps from Denali National Park. There are a variety of excursions like a husky homestead tour, river rafting, hiking, glacier flightseeing, and an off-road ATV adventure. You can also enjoy the spectacular main lodge, river view deck, and Princess Village. On the 20th, you will enjoy dinner at Fannie Q's saloon, named after a famed local homesteader. Start the next morning off with a hearty buffet breakfast. Explore Denali National Park on a Tundra Wilderness Tour watching for glimpses of Denali and Denali's "Big Five": moose, bear, caribou, Dall sheep, and wolf. Later you may want to relax with a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the Nenana River. Dinner on the 21st will be at King Salmon Restaurant.
